In regards to the wait time during "Confirming Updates"

After updating to version 2.3.100, there are some instances where the wait time during "Confirming Updates" on the title screen is longer than usual.
We are still investigating the cause and are looking for methods to improve the situation.
Fixes for this issue are scheduled for version 2.3.300.

After updating to version 2.3.200, there is an issue where users who hadn't logged in to the app by August, 6, 2020 15:00 (UTC) didn't receive a Whisper of Time.
We apologize for the trouble this issue has caused.
*The cause of this issue has been identified and a temporary solution is planned for August 11 (TBC). Until then, some instances of this issue may still occur.
The issue mentioned previously has been fixed.
Due to the issue, we have extended the event duration.

  The corresponding encounter is accessible once a day during the campaign by using the Whisper of Time (Max 10 times).
  
  Then, each time you initiate the "Whisper of Time" encounter, you'll receive a "Whisper of Time Drop."
  When you collect 10 Whisper of Time Drops, you'll be able to initiate a Whisper of Time Drop encounter (1 time only, 5★ class guaranteed).

  • After updating to version 2.3.200 or higher, the Lynx delivery service will deliver the Whisper of Times to you.
  • When you have a Whisper of Time, open up the Gallery of Dreams to initiate the Whisper of Time encounter.
  • You can hold a maximum of one Whisper of Time.
    *If you already have one, even if the Lynx delivery service arrives, you won't receive the second Whisper of Time
  • If you use a Whisper of Time received from version 2.3.100 or before, you won't receive a Whisper of Time Drop.
