In regards to the Encounter issue

Concerning the "The Chosen Ones -Another Style- Special 2020 Series" Encounter released in version 2.5.400, as a result of a thorough review of the English language in the Encounter, we have decided to take the same measures for English language players as those who used traditional Chinese settings.

In accordance with the results above, as an apology to those players who pulled the Encounter in English, we have sent them a "Moon Prayer Drop: The Chosen Ones -Another Style- Special 2020 Series."

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

In regards to the Encounter issue

The Encounter, "The Chosen Ones -Another Style- Special 2020 Series,"
that was released in version 2.5.400
was written incorrectly in traditional Chinese.

We had suspended "The Chosen Ones -Another Style- Special 2020 Series" to fix an issue, but have since reopened the Encounter as of December 25, 2020 11:50 (UTC) now that the issue has been resolved.

We will assist players that have already initiated the Encounter in traditional Chinese soon.

Identified Issue

• There are cases where the time duration for the 2,000 and 4,000 Chronos Stones' sales are displayed incorrectly

• The display becomes distorted when playing a specific mini-game with 3 or fewer party members in Symphony "Tails of Time and the Brave Four: Tales of Chronographia."


• There is unexpected text displaying related to the mini-game above
  *We have confirmed that after restarting the app, the correct text will be displayed


• In Symphony "Tails of Time and the Brave Four: Tales of Chronographia," should you walk during a skit and move to a different area, the app may crash if you tap a specific place on the screen.


• In Symphony "Tails of Time and the Brave Four: Tales of Chronographia," if the app crashes during a cooking event (after using ingredients), you do not receive the benefits of restoring HP/MP or receiving the meal.


• In Symphony "Tails of Time and the Brave Four: Tales of Chronographia," the replay skit's Quit button displays in Japanese.


• In Symphony "Tails of Time and the Brave Four: Tales of Chronographia," there are places where some cooking explanations are not displaying correctly.
  *We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but to see each cooking explanation, please check our official SNS.


• On Melina's ability board, there are cases where the completion bonus does not display.
  *The completion bonus is increasing her stats.


• There are cases where after accepting and completing a specific mission in Another Dungeon: Mementos, players are unable to progress onward.
  *Currently, the cause of the issue is under investigation.
  *You can leave the screen by selecting Quit from the menu when you are unable to progress.

Fixed the following issues

• Cannot obtain rewards from watching ads
• Some achievements that are not implemented yet are displayed.
• Text and display issues.
• Other small bugs.

[Important] Caution when purchasing Chronos Stones around new years

We would like to inform you of cautions to be taken when purchasing Chronos Stones during the new year holiday.

Late at night around December 31, 2020 and January 1, 2021,
there are times when purchases cannot be completed as normal due to signal or store congestion,
or it might take time for the purchase to be reflected in the game.

In that case, if you repeat the purchase, you may end up with duplicate purchases.
Should that happen, please take a moment to restart the app and check if the Chronos Stone purchase is reflected in the game.
