Starting Area: Elzion Theta District

• This quest takes place after the character quest for Cetie's Another Style Crimson Ray.
  Clearing this quest before that one will not change the events of the latter.
• The final chapter of Mythos: The Apex of Logic and Cardinal Scales must be cleared.
• The app must be updated to version 2.14.200.
