November 2023 Developer Letter

We'll be posting one Developer Letter a month from now until the simultaneous release schedule with the Japan Version begins, so be sure to read them.

Latest Encounter Information

Twin Destinies Encounter and Brilliant Encounter are available.

• Twin Destinies Encounter Special Fall 2023 Series (Paid, 1 time only)
  *On the 9th and 10th encounters, Normal Style (5★) or Parallel Time Layer (5★) allies are guaranteed to appear.
  *On the 1st to 8th encounters, it is possible for Another Style (5★) or Extra Style (5★) allies to appear.


• Brilliant Encounter Special Fall 2023 Series (1 time only)
  *On the 10th Ally Encounter, a 4-star class ally that can change into a 5-star class, or a 5-star class ally is guaranteed to appear.
  *You can use Chronos Stones (Free).

  Chronos Stone x10 -> Chronos Stone x250 *The additional 240 Chronos Stones will be sent to your Inbox.
  Achievement "Precipice of Despair" Rewards
  Chronos Stone x10 -> Chronos Stone x250 *The additional 240 Chronos Stones will be sent to your Inbox.
  Achievement "The Curtain Rises" Rewards
  Chronos Stone x10 -> Chronos Stone x500 *The additional 490 Chronos Stones will be sent to your Inbox.

  *Each player can only receive this reward once.

A new 3-part Episode, the Wryz Saga, will be added!

Starring Characters

New Character Intro

Dragontear Weapons

Newly forgeable weapons that are especially effective against dragons!
They can also be used as Gimmick Items to destroy barriers blocking your way in the field.

You can forge up to one weapon of each type, and strengthen them in the Wryz Saga parts II and III!
Challenge fearsome foes to unlock even more potential.

Other

Share the tales of Wryz's exploits with the Minstrel on Wyrmrest Isle to receive additional rewards!
You may even hear rumors of the legendary Death Eater Wyrm that rules the skies over Wyrmrest...

New System: Stellar Awakening

A new advancement path, the Stellar Board, lets you raise character stats and even level cap!
Use powerful Stellar Skills and Stellar Bursts in battle!

• New Advancement Path: Stellar Board
  
  New "Stellar Board" advancement path unlocked via Stellar Awakening
  Obtain Stellar Points through Light/Shadow Points to raise level cap and obtain/strengthen new skills
  *A total of 80 Light/Shadow Points is required to obtain enough Stellar Points to fully unlock the Stellar Board.
  


• Level Cap Raised
  
  The level cap for eligible characters can be raised to Level 100!
  Unlock the Max Level + nodes on the Stellar Board to reach the cap of 100.
  


• Stellar Skills
  
  Obtain powerful Stellar Skills from the Stellar Board!
  They gain special additional effects in Stellar Burst!
  *Like regular skills, they must be set in the Skills menu to be used in battle.
  


• Stellar Burst
  
  Characters who have been Stellar Awakened can use this new ability!
  Light/Shadow energy builds in the gauge during battle.
  When the gauge is full, unleash your Stellar Burst!
  Use Burst-exclusive effects to hammer your foes with gigantic damage.
  


• Other
  
  Stellar Awaken a character and the background of their status screen will change!
  Stellar Awakened characters can have conversations, with exclusive additional voice lines planned!

There are two ways to perform Stellar Awakening!
Characters that can be Stellar Awakened have an Awakening Gauge. Fill the Gauge to 3 to perform Awakening!

• Stellar Awakening Method 1: Starcharts
  
  Use a new Starchart item to raise the Awakening Gauge by 1
  Starcharts come in Style-specific Starcharts that can only be used on one character's Style, and Allcosmos Starcharts that can be used on any 5★ Encounter character.
  1 Allcosmos Starchart can be obtained by clearing the Trial that refreshes each month.
  
  *This may be adjusted in the future.
  *The Trial to obtain Allcosmos Starcharts will be added on December 1, 2023.
  


• Stellar Awakening Method 2: Gallery of Dreams Encounter
  
  When Encountering a character that can be Stellar Awakened, their Awakening Gauge will increase by 1.
  Both Paid and Free Encounters will have Pick-Up Bonus characters that can be encountered Stellar Awakened!
  *For characters with multiple Stellar Awakening Styles, the Awakening Gauge must be filled for each Stellar Awakening.
  *The Pick-Up Bonus may change in the future.

Characters Gaining Stellar Awakening in the Version 3.3.100 Additional Update


Aldo can be Stellar Awakened with Dragon Bearer Starcharts!
The Book of Dragon Bearer will be added to the Astral Archive after the Version 3.3.100 additional update!
The new Stellar difficulty will reward Dragon Bearer Starcharts!
