End of Facebook Account Services

▼For Players Experiencing Errors With Facebook Account Linking

→Without removing your account link, please set up an Apple ID or Google account link, and/or a Transfer ID.

Please locate a connection environment and method that allows you to log in, and set up an Apple ID or Google account link and/or a Transfer ID.
If you have trouble, please contact Inquiries.

The use of Facebook accounts for in-game services (account linking, etc.) is planned to be discontinued in a future update.
We sincerely apologize for the trouble, but we ask all players currently using Facebook accounts for these services to perform and/or confirm account linkage via a different method.

Once this service is discontinued, account linkage and data transfer will no longer be possible. We ask all players currently using Facebook accounts for these purposes to link an Apple ID or Google account as soon as possible, as well as confirm your Transfer ID.

▶[Important]Regarding Operation on Android 32-bit Devices (Tap to show)

We have discovered an issue causing instability in the application when run on 32-bit Android devices. With an upcoming version update, we will be updating our list of supported operating environments.

After the above change and for versions released after it, you will no longer be able to play Another Eden on 32-bit Android Devices.

We sincerely apologize for the trouble, but we ask all players currently using 32-bit Android devices to perform and/or confirm account linkage and to prepare a Transfer ID as soon as possible, in order to continue playing on a different device.

In order to start the transfer process, tap Menu and then select Other. Proceed to Data Transfer Settings where you can select "Activate ID Transfer," "Connect Google account," "Sign in with Apple," or "Connect Facebook."

*Specific timing will be given in a future notice.
*In general, Android devices sold in 2018 and earlier use 32-bit operating systems (with some exceptions).
*We will be unable to answer questions regarding whether your device falls within this range or not. Please contact your device maker's support or a service center to confirm.

Identified Issues

There are cases where the duration for the time limited Chronos Stones sale is displayed incorrectly

Encounters with an expiration date that do not use Chronos Stones may cause the app to forcibly close

Yuna's Chain Ability "Soul Water Eclipse" activates when she uses a Water Type Skill, in contradiction with the activation condition which requires characters other than Yuna to use a Water Type Skill.

The app may crash if a skill with the effect "Strength increased based on number of chains" is used after using Necoco Extra Style (Nekomata Avatar)'s skill "Nekomata Starfall."

When a character other than Melissa deploys Flash Strike Stance, Melissa's ability "Activate Lunatic at start of the battle" may not activate.

When using the following Mazrika skills in Stellar Burst, Link attacks of characters granted Link may not activate.

When encountering "Thornbound Witch" Shanie, even if the player has not encountered Kagurame, the achievement "Encounter Kagurame" is displayed.
Note: For players who have already encountered these issues, the fixes will be applied individually at a later date.

If Shigure Extra Style (Ame-no-Murakumo) is in the party, certain conditions at the start of a turn will make it impossible to progress.

When going to a certain area at the start of Mythos: Shadow of Sin and Steel Chapter 3, you will not reach that area, making the game impossible to progress.

After the version 3.10.30 update, when playing through the second character quest for "Nocturne Ninja" Tsubame, the screen freezes after fading to black, making it impossible to progress.

Items which do not exist appear in the Related Items list when certain characters are selected on the Grasta exchange screen.
