[Important] Notification of End of Service in Vietnam

Out of respect for and in compliance with Vietnamese legislation, the Global Version of Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space will no longer be available in Vietnam.

Once the service has ended, installing or logging into the app from within Vietnam will no longer be possible.
Note: This change will have no effect on the app in regions outside of Vietnam.

・April 27 03:00 (UTC): The in-game currency, “Chronos Stones” will become unavailable for purchase in Vietnam.
Subscriptions to and renewals for the Guide of the Heavens and Guide of the Land services will also become unavailable. [1]
・June 30 06:00 (UTC): The application becomes unavailable in Vietnam.
・June 30 06:00 (UTC): Fielding refunds for unused Chronos Stones begins. [2]

[1] Subscriptions to Guide of the Heavens and Guide of the Land purchased by April 27 03:00 (UTC) will be valid for rewards collection for 1 month from the date of purchase.
・For details regarding canceling automated subscription renewal and how to check validity periods, please check the Guide of the Heavens/Guide of the Land page detailing our premium services.
[2] Upon application services ending, we will accept claims from Vietnam-based players of the Global Version of Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space for refunds for any unused Paid Chronos Stones.
Please read below for details and points of caution regarding refunds.
・Paid Chronos Stones which have already been used as well as purchased items will be ineligible for refunds.
・As applications for refunds must be made via the Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space Global Version app, we ask that players refrain from uninstalling the app.
・Paid content history cannot be viewed after changing devices, so we ask that players refrain from changing devices or restoring them to factory settings.

In order to claim a refund, please access the in-game inquiry form and include "Refunds for Players in Vietnam" in your inquiry via the "Game specification・Other questions" option after June 30 06:00 (UTC).

Planned Adjustment(s)

The validity period for Encounter tickets will be standardized to 30 days from the date obtained starting with the first update of June.
Note 1: The validity period for First Tickets and Guiding Adventure Tickets will remain indefinite.
Note 2: The validity period for Encounter tickets obtained before the first update of June will also be changed to 30 days.
Note 3: Encounter ticket validity periods may be confirmed via the "i" button on the upper part of the Dreams screen.

Starting with June 30, the character line-up for the following Encounters will be reset at 15:00 (UTC) on the last day of every month.

The following adjustments were made

Reduced the number of hits required to break rocks in the mission "1-4: Join the Training Exercise" which appears in in Apocrypha "The Ghosts of Hope" Part 1's conquest battles.

Adjustments have been made to allow use of the "Repeat Continuously" feature for skills used during battles in a certain area added in Episode: An Ode to Origin: Act 4 - The Gyre, "Evolutionary Principles."

Adjustments have been made so that Support Ability Gear and materials may be confirmed in Aenard's Hideout in Symphony: Memories of Another Sky.
