Reasoning
After the iOS/iPadOS 26.4 update, the issues below were confirmed on certain iOS devices.
・Frequent instances of the application forcibly closing
・The screen going black on the World Map or in the field
After investigating the issue, it was discovered that updating the OS for iOS/iPad-based systems increased their required memory (RAM), resulting in a deficit in memory required to run the application.
There are cases when a lack in memory (RAM) causes the game to malfunction, even if there is space remaining in the device's storage.
Efforts were made by the development team to reduce memory requirements within the application, but as the effects of the changes to the OS system requirements have left a large impact, the conclusion was reached that it would not solve the root of the issue.
We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience to many of our players.

A Request for Players Using the Relevant OS
・Monthly Paid Service Subscribers
If players must cancel their subscriptions due to reasons such as changing devices to those with a different OS, we ask that they initiate the cancellation process. We apologize for the inconvenience.
・A Request to Transfer Data in Advance
In the case that players wish to change devices, we ask that they make sure to perform a data transfer to the new device.
Data transfers may be performed by accessing the Other section of the Menu, followed by "Data Transfer Settings."
